Q: What service comes with the
purchase of a CT, MRI, PET/CT or Mammography mobile from Ellis
& Watts?
A: Unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement,
one year of repair parts and service are included. Preventive
maintenance checks during the warranty period are NOT included in
the purchase price. Preventive maintenance, as well as extended
service contracts are available from Ellis & Watts. Contact Nancy Clark at 513-752-9000.
Q: What type of preventive maintenance
do you recommend?
A: The operator and service manuals have a complete schedule
of recommended maintenance procedures along with their frequency.
Q: How does my customer
contact Ellis & Watts service in the event of a problem?
A: Ellis & Watts provides
a Toll-free number for its customers to call for service.
Local service companies are also specified in the operator manuals
onboard the trailer.
Q: How does the customer get
the mobile unit serviced after the sale?
A: During the first 12 months, the trailer is normally under
warranty. You should call the Ellis & Watts "800"
Service Number, and the warranty will be implemented through one
of our authorized service centers. A service protocol will be issued with the service manual that accompanies your trailer.
