Indemnification

In no event shall the aggregate, total liability of the Ellis & Watts Parties to you for all damages, injury, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising from or relating to your use of the Site exceed the greater of: (a) the amount, if any, paid by you to Ellis & Watts in respect of your use of this Site or (b) $100.
 
This Site is provided as a service to General Electric and its Sales Representatives. Ellis & Watts reserves the right to delete, modify or supplement the content of the Site at any time, for any reason, without notification to anyone.
 
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts law. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating in any way to this agreement, the Site or the any Ellis & Watts products or services be brought exclusively in the Federal or State courts located in the State of Ohio and you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
 
Export Control
The United States controls the export of products and information. You agree to comply with such restrictions and not export or re-export any materials associated with this Site to countries or persons prohibited under export control laws.
